The "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" actress - who is considered one of the world's sexiest women - is unhappy with her appearance and hates being confronted with images of herself.
She told FOX News: 'I never look at myself, even in still photographs. I don't look at anything. I panic if there is a monitor in the room I immediately go into like an anxiety attack. I'm insecure, I think most actors are pretty insecure." ... Read More ...

'Transformers' star Megan Fox has revealed that she was left in awe of her and co-star Shia LaBeouf's stunt doubles after they performed a daring feat, and escaped unhurt. Fox, 23, admits that there were moments during the shooting of 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' that almost ended in tragedy when stunts went awry. But what she remembers most was a scene in which the crew came close to losing two members of the team, after an explosion went wrong on the set of the movie sequel.
'Our stunt doubles almost died because there was a gas bomb and it blew up too early. But everyone survived,' the Daily Express quoted her as saying.

Two years ago few people knew her face, much less her name. But now Megan Fox of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," is among Hollywood's hottest actresses whose sex appeal has won millions of fans.
While many of the 23-year-old's peers might want to avoid the label "sex symbol" for fear it would obscure their acting talent, Fox, whose new "Transformers" sequel debuts in theaters on Wednesday, is just the opposite.
"Women in movies, in general, are sexy -- especially in Michael's movies. And if you want to make movies that people want to see, that's part of it. That's part of the formula," Fox told reporters at a recent news conference.

Characters and comedy are in short supply in a plot that's basically an Indiana Jones-style search for a buried treasure, in this case a 1,000-year-old matrix that will give life back to Optimus Prime, one of the alien robots who is on the side of humans in their fight against the evil Decepticons who are out to destroy them.

It's tempting to dismiss Michael Bay's long, loud and ludicrous sequel to 2007's Transformers with one word — hunkajunk. On every level this movie is as bankrupt as GM. But there is more to be said about a movie this gargantuan ($200 million spent on robot hardbodies) and galactically stupid. Transformers: The Revenge of The Fallen is beyond bad, it carves out its own category of godawfulness. And, please, you don't have to remind me that the original was a colossal hit ($700 million worldwide) and the sequel will probably do just as well. I know it's popular. So is junk food, and they both poison your insides and rot your brain. But I do accept that Bay is unique. No one can top him for telling a story with such striking, shrieking incoherence.
Bay picks up the Transformers story by sending Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf yelling every line of dialogue) off to college, leaving behind his mechanic girlfriend Mikaela (Megan Fox). Let's pause a moment and talk about Bay and his masterful objectification of women. He intros Fox in tight shorts, bent over a motorcycle. I can almost hear Bay behind the camera like a porn director who's captured a clone of Angelina Jolie: "Push that butt out, Megan, twitch it. Now turn, bend, show the rack. Now lick those lips, pout that pout. Hey, makeup, we need more lip gloss." He even brings in another hottie, Isabel Lucas, as Alice, another student who never cracks a book. I assume this is Bay U. “How can you work with Megan Fox and not fall in love with her?”
“Buddy, that is a tough question,” a smiling Shia LaBeouf reacted to that question from a reporter during our press con with him. Megan had just left the room and the query was obviously inspired by the actress’ hot looks and smart answers.
But after a pause, Shia offered a reply that indicated he has given the matter about his “Transformers” sequel co-star some thought. “I’m a professional so you know, I’m not out of my mind,” began the actor who at 23 is still shedding his teen looks but is gradually taking on a grown-up appearance (the mustache and beard help). “Megan and I are co-workers, first and foremost. But the truth is, as crazy as I could be, how good will a relationship between us turn out? What am I betting on? What would become the important topical matters in my life? Megan: Michael Bay is a Nightmare

The most problematic man on set may have been director Michael Bay, known as much for his blockbuster touch of gold as for his brusque persona. Fox has said he handpicked her wardrobe of cutoff shorts and belly shirts. Lucas says he put her in stilettos for the scenes in which she sprints to safety.
“He’s a total nightmare when he’s on set,” Fox has said. “Off-set, he’s another person and I enjoy his company. But when he’s on set he’s a nightmare.”
“Many times he was like, ‘You’ve got to be more sexy,’?” adds Lucas of Bay’s on-set instructions. “I haven’t had that direction before, so it was challenging for me, but great. He is very passionate and energetic and he’s a perfectionist who won’t settle for anything else.”
In the end, though, both women say they found a home in the boys-and-their-toys world of macho machines. And Fox, at least, sounds like she’ll be back for any number of sequels.
“I kind of miss the madness of it,” she said recently, “being in this constantly abusive relationship where you never know where the explosions are going off, and there’s screaming and running.” ... Read More ...
